Roles and Responsibilities of SC/ST Committee
1. To ensure the Prevention of Atrocities (as defined within the meaning of SC and ST Act ,1989) on the SC/ST Staff, Faculty and Students.
2. To implement, monitor and evaluate continuously the Reservation Policy in the college.
3. To take necessary steps of measuring for ensuring effective implementation of the policy & programmes /schemes of the State, Central Govt. and UGC for SC/ST students.
4. To ensure safe and secure environment for SC/ST students.
5. To aware the SC/ST students regarding various scholarship schemes of State Govt., Central Govt. and UGC.
6. To counsel and guide SC/ST students for managing their academic and personal problems.
